Terms
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover the pretend.chat website and waitlist. Full terms for the app come with the app.
Age
You must be 18 or older to use pretend.chat or join the waitlist.
Content
Characters are fictional and generated by AI. Conversations are for entertainment and are not advice of any kind. Content is kept suggestive rather than explicit, and that line is enforced.
No promises
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or a particular price. Pricing shown on the site may change before launch.
