Privacy

This is the privacy notice for the pretend.chat waitlist. A fuller policy ships with the app itself.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up, a hashed version of your IP address (used only to stop abuse), your browser's user-agent string, and where you came from if a referral tag was in the link.

What we do with it

We use your email to send you an invite and, at most, a handful of launch updates. We don't sell it, share it, or add it to any other list.

Removal

Email hello@pretend.chat from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it within a few days.

Where it lives

Data is stored on a server in Helsinki, Finland (EU).
